Jack has an extensive career working as a Music Director for organisations including NXFM, SAFM, Fox Music and Hit105. In 2013, he was a nominee for ACRA's Best MD with Fox Music, and he won the award in 2014 with Hit105.

Currently he holds the position of Hit105 Music Director and Assistant Content Director, including the scheduling the national log for Collective Noun: an all Australian music show that goes to 56 stations across the country.
