The Lighthouse Award 2017 recipient, Charlotte Abroms, is an Australian based music manager who guides the careers of Haarlo, Ainslie Wills, Gretta Ray and Angie McMahon. With a background in digital strategy and content production, Charlotte commenced her career in a voluntary capacity, co-founding Large Noises – a music blog dedicated to filming high quality live performance videos with a focus on emerging Australian artists. Driven by passion, belief and commitment, Charlotte has evolved a voluntary role in the music community into a full time professional artist management role.
