Tom started White Sky in 2002 working out of his bedroom. White Sky is now the largest music accounting services business in Australia; handling the finances for over 300 bands, record labels, festivals and various music businesses.

Outside of White Sky, Tom has always been involved in other areas of the music industry, including artist management (The Temper Trap, The Little Stevies), tour promotion (Jason Byrne, Alan Davies) and has been a board member of the Association of Artist Managers since 2010.

In 2012 Tom partnered with Gerry McKenna to launch White Sky Royalty Accounting and together they developed software for finding anomalies in artists’ royalty statements. This world-first technology called RoyaltyTracks is being showcased at Bigsound 2017.
