Starting at Sony Music, A&R exec Mike Ajayi joined Infectious Music in 2011. The label had great success with albums by Drenge and alt-J, the latter winning an Ivor Novello and Mercury Prize as well a number 1 album with their sophomore release “This Is All Yours”. Ajayi was involved in the A&R process on albums for These New Puritans, DZ Deathrays, The Acid and Local Natives. In 2015, Ajayi moved to Universal to start indie imprint AMF Records, which has a fast growing reputation for nurturing developing acts such as Loyle Carner, Connie Constance, Marika Hackman and Jelani Blackman.
