Originally from Sydney, Tom started his career at Trading Post Agency straight out of school in 2002. In 2008, Tom made the move to London where he worked at International Talent Booking for two years before moving to The Agency Group in 2010. TAG was purchased by United Talent Agency in 2015.

In the past seven years, his roster has grown with a wide range of artists. Some of these include; Julien Baker, The Menzingers, The Bouncing Souls, Nikki Lane, Asking Alexandria, Sleeping With Sirens, Motionless In White, Every Time I Die, While She Sleeps, The Story So Far & State Champs.
