With over 6 years’ experience at Australia’s music TV channels, and now as Programming Manager at MTV Australia and New Zealand, Monique Bour is dedicated to delivering the MTV audience their favourite music picks, alongside introducing them to some fresh new ones.

Of her achievements at MTV, the closest to her heart is Upload. In mid-2016 Monique conceived of and launched MTV Upload - a twice-weekly program which affords unsigned or up-and-coming singers, songwriters and bands the opportunity to have their music videos played on MTV Music, across both Australia and New Zealand.
