Joel is the Head of Community at Blackbird Ventures, an Australian Venture Capital company investing in startups with a global mission. Prior to this he was an Artist Manager and Founder at Umbrella where he looked after Platinum selling artist, The Rubens. And he was a Founder and Festival Director for Sydney Craft Beer Week, one of Australia's largest celebrations of craft beer.
