Ryan Walsh is a Brisbane-born composer and producer. With commissions from the Queensland & Tasmanian Symphony Orchestras, Drake Quartet and others, he has written over 50 works for concert, installation and video art. In 2010, Walsh founded production house SST whose projects include multidiscipline work for clients such as Fox, NEC Japan and C!rca Ensemble. His work also includes the APRA nominated soundtrack to Alex Chomicz's "Polymorphous", Robert Connolly’s “The Turning”, and the upcoming Australian feature “The Second”. Walsh is also a sought after collaborator, recently with Oscar-nominated composer Alberto Iglesias, working on projects for directors Ridley Scott and Pedro Almodóvar.
